Data Collection Scope

When creating an account, VPNPG processes the username and password credentials chosen by the user for account identification and login verification. No email address is required for registration, so an email is not mandatory account data. Please do not voluntarily submit sensitive information unrelated to service processing in usernames or ticket content.

When purchasing or changing a subscription, the system creates an order record containing the selected item, amount due, payment status, and order creation and processing details. During account use, the system also processes service data such as subscription status, used traffic, and remaining traffic to display account status, apply billing rules, process plan upgrades, and provide after-sales support.

When a ticket is submitted through the panel, the system stores the problem description, necessary troubleshooting details, and subsequent replies provided by the user. This data is used only to identify issues, follow up on requests, and maintain service records.

No-Log Principles and Processing Purposes

VPNPG does not record which websites users access through international routes, create activity profiles intended to reconstruct browsing content or access purposes, or retain connection logs as long-term routine user profiles.

To complete identity verification, measure traffic, synchronize subscription status, diagnose faults, and manage security risks, the system may use necessary technical information during processing. Such information is limited to what is needed for the relevant function and is not used to analyze which external websites users access. Temporary diagnostic information is deleted, aggregated, or de-identified after its purpose is complete. Records that need to be linked to orders, disputes, or security incidents are retained only for the period required to resolve those matters.

Account data and order records are processed to provide subscription services, respond to user requests, maintain service security, and comply with applicable rules. VPNPG does not expand the scope of data collection solely because the service is described as using quantum encryption.

Cookies, Local Storage, and Access Statistics

The website may use Cookies or browser local storage to save login status, session credentials, language preferences, interface state, and necessary security markers. These functions maintain panel sessions, restore user choices, and reduce repetitive actions. Clearing browser data may sign users out or reset preferences, but it does not automatically cancel an existing order or subscription.

VPNPG may collect access statistics from its own website to understand page views, entry sources, browser and device categories, and whether page functions work properly. These statistics are used to improve page structure, identify loading errors, and assess content needs; they are not used to record external websites accessed through subscription routes. When browsers provide privacy controls, users may limit non-essential storage according to their preferences.

Order Payments and Third-Party Processing

The service supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payment confirmation is processed with the participation of the relevant payment service or blockchain network. VPNPG typically receives the payment status, amount, transaction identifiers, and exception results needed to complete an order, rather than complete verification data for the payment account.

Third-party payment services process data involved in payment transactions according to their own rules, and such processing is not fully controlled by VPNPG. Before choosing a payment method, users should also read the privacy information provided by the relevant service. VPNPG uses the payment results it receives only for order confirmation, reconciliation, refunds, dispute handling, and risk control.

Data Retention and Deletion

Account data is retained while the account remains in use. Order and payment status records are kept only as needed to deliver services, reconcile accounts, process refunds, handle disputes, and meet applicable compliance requirements. Ticket content is retained until the issue is resolved and may remain available when needed for later service verification. Access statistics are used in aggregated or de-identified form for website maintenance.

Users may request deletion of account data through a panel ticket at submit a data deletion ticket. The corresponding account should be used to log in when making a request so account ownership can be verified. After deletion, account features and related subscription access may no longer be available. For data related to pending orders, refunds, disputes, security incidents, or applicable requirements, VPNPG will first restrict its use and delete or de-identify it once the retention basis no longer applies.

Policy Updates and Contact Options

This policy may be updated when service procedures, website features, payment processes, or applicable rules change. Updated text will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be adjusted. When there are significant changes to the scope of data processing, an appropriate notice will be provided through the website or user panel.

This site does not publish a contact email or social media account.
