Terms of Service

These terms apply when users visit the VPNPG website, create an account, purchase a subscription or data package, or use related cross-border network access services. Please read and understand these rules before using the service. Continued use means that the user agrees to use the service under these terms and the billing rules published on the relevant pages.
Service Scope
VPNPG provides subscription services for cross-border access, international websites, and international route selection, covering 120+ countries / 250+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Services include account access, subscription details, route connections, and necessary usage guidance. Available routes are determined by the content shown in the user panel at the time.
Regional coverage does not mean that a particular city, external website, or online content will always be available. Connection results may be affected by the user's local network, device environment, system settings, route maintenance, and external service rules. VPNPG may adjust route entry points and access methods for maintenance, security, or operational needs, but will not thereby change the clearly published billing rules for valid subscriptions.
Account and Subscriptions
Users can create an account with a username and password, without an email address. Account credentials, subscription access, and panel content are for the account holder to manage and use. Users must protect their login details and may not resell, rent out, publicly post, or share account credentials, subscription links, or other access information. If unusual use is discovered, users should stop further distribution of the relevant information and handle the matter through a panel ticket.
There is no limit on the number of devices online at the same time, but devices must be controlled and managed by the account holder. Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB; data resets monthly from the activation date, and mid-cycle upgrades are prorated by the remaining days. Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB, available until used and never expiring. Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported. Actual payment status is based on the order records in the panel.
Acceptable Use
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the service is used, and must independently determine whether particular network activities are lawful. The service may not be used for unlawful activity, unauthorized access to another person's systems, distribution of malware, disruption of networks or device operations, bulk transmission of harmful information, or conduct that infringes the legitimate rights of others.
Users are responsible for activity initiated through their accounts. VPNPG may conduct necessary checks after receiving a valid complaint or regulatory request, or upon detecting clearly unusual activity, and may reasonably restrict relevant routes, suspend account functions, or terminate the service. Such action does not change the user's responsibility for their own conduct.
Availability and Liability
VPNPG will maintain the service under current technical conditions, but does not promise continuous access to any route, external website, or specific content. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected failures, changes in underlying networks, device compatibility issues, system updates, and external service changes may cause connection interruptions, speed changes, or temporary unavailability of some functions.
Users should choose routes according to their needs and keep important materials backed up. Losses caused by the user's device, network environment, incorrect configuration, mishandling of credentials, or changes to external services are the user's responsibility based on the circumstances. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNPG is not liable for indirect effects beyond its reasonable control or beyond the scope of the purchased service.
Suspension and Termination
If a user violates these terms, resells a subscription, shares access information, interferes with service operation, uses the service for unlawful activity, or refuses to cooperate with necessary security checks, VPNPG may suspend relevant functions or terminate the account service according to the impact. To reduce the risk of error, users may submit an explanation regarding their account status through a panel ticket.
Users may stop using the service. After a subscription expires, data is used up, or an account is terminated, the corresponding access rights may stop. Existing orders and usage records will still be retained as required by applicable law, financial processing, and dispute resolution.
Policy Changes and Refund Guidance
VPNPG may update these terms due to service changes, compliance requirements, or billing process changes. Updates will be published on the relevant website page, with the effective version identified by the update month shown on that page. Continued use after a material change takes effect means acceptance of the updated terms. If the user disagrees, they should stop the relevant activity before continuing to use the service.
