About VPNPG

Cross-Border Access Service Overview

VPNPG provides cross-border network acceleration and subscription services for users who need access to international websites, AI Tools, Streaming, or a consistent connection across multiple devices. The service covers 120+ countries and 250+ routes, with support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux.

Service Model

VPNPG explains routes, subscriptions, and client access separately, so users can choose an option based on their device and use case before accessing the relevant client links and subscription details through the dashboard. There is no limit on simultaneous devices, making it suitable for using one account across a computer, tablet, and other supported platforms. Creating an account requires only a username and password—no email address is required.

Operating Principles

Choose routes based on your actual needs: everyday web access prioritizes connection stability, AI Tools depend on long-connection performance, and Streaming requires considering both region and playback conditions. Performance is affected by the local network, access platform, and target service status, so a region name does not guarantee a fixed speed or access to specific content.

When connection issues arise, check the client configuration, subscription import, selected region, and local network in that order. If the issue persists, submit a support ticket through the user dashboard with your device platform, steps taken, and any messages shown so the relevant part of the setup can be investigated.

Privacy Stance

VPNPG follows a no-logs policy and does not record users’ browsing content. Information is handled according to the principle of minimization, limited to what is needed for accounts, subscriptions, payment results, and support tickets. Quantum encryption is used as a security marketing label and does not imply unverified claims about algorithms or audit results. For the specific scope, use, and retention of information, see the Privacy Policy.
