Prepare Information for Your Issue
Complete information helps determine whether an issue involves the account, subscription, client or route selection. Do not provide your account password or full subscription URL when submitting a ticket.
Subscription Import or Client Error
Specify your platform, including Windows, macOS, iOS, Android or Linux. Describe the message shown after import, whether the subscription refreshes, and which step triggers the issue. Get the client entry point and subscription details from the user panel.
International Route Connection or Access Issue
Tell us the selected country or region, the access scenario, whether you have tried switching routes, and whether the issue is a failed connection, a dropped connection or unexpected behavior from the target service. Regional availability does not guarantee availability in a specific city or for a particular streaming service; follow-up checks will use the actual connection details.
Plan, Traffic or Upgrade Billing Issue
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date, and mid-cycle upgrade differences are prorated by the remaining days. Include the selected plan and order status shown in the panel; do not paste payment credentials on public pages.
Refund Request
VPNPG offers 14-day no-questions-asked refunds. Submit refund requests through a panel ticket so the order can be linked and the case history retained.
